We are looking for a motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you bring your CPA designation and extensive expertise in compilation and assurance services, coupled with strong leadership capabilities as proven by leading a team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to lead engagements, develop client relationships, and foster the growth of your team, all while progressing toward senior leadership positions within the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, scope, and manage compilation and review engagements, ensuring all work meets professional and regulatory standards.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Provide ongoing mentorship, feedback, and performance evaluations to support team members’ growth and development.
- Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with CAS, GAAP, ASNPO, and ASPE.
- Guide the team in addressing complex accounting and assurance issues, ensuring practical and client-focused solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional communication and service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to add value to clients through additional service offerings.
- Manage team workload and engagement budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and timely project completion.
- Contribute to the firm’s growth by participating in recruiting initiatives and delivering internal training sessions.
What You Bring to the Role
- CPA designation.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in public practice, including at a manager level.
- Strong technical knowledge of CAS, GAAP, ASNPO, and ASPE, with practical experience in Caseware and financial reporting tools.
- Proven ability to lead and manage assurance engagements effectively, balancing client expectations and team deliverables.
- Demonstrated success in managing and motivating teams, including mentoring, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent understanding of risk assessment, materiality, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other audit tools and technology.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on fostering team cohesion and individual development.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with changes in accounting and assurance standards.

- Salary range: $85,000- $115,000 annual
